Join Grande Provence for an ultra-luxurious tasting menu at the Franschhoek Cap Classique & Champagne Festival on the weekend of 3 - 4 December.
Executive Chef Darren Badenhorst has prepared three exquisite courses to enjoy with their elegant Grande Provence Méthode Cap Classique. Served exclusively to tables of four, the menu includes barrel smoked pea and pulled pork arancini with truffled asparagus salad. The second course is cured local Franschhoek trout with yuzu caviar, and for dessert, indulge in a summer berry ice cream “sandwich” of rose macaroon, white chocolate ganache and hibiscus meringue. Bubbly lovers will also have the opportunity to taste and buy a selection of the finest imported caviar, the ultimate luxury to enjoy with a flute of Grande Provence MCC.
The three course pairings are available at the festival on both the Saturday and Sunday between 12h00 and 17h00 at R1 200.00 for a table of four, including a bottle of Grande Provence MCC. Seating is limited so be sure to book your slot upon arrival at the festival.
