We moved into the Paardebosch winery in December 2014, just in time for the very early and quick 2015 harvest.
We are working with various vineyards and soil types throughout the Swartland and Paardebosch is our “base” farm where our winery is located and which David farm as well.
Our new Paardebosch project is a farm focused project based on old vineyards, steep mountain granite soils and mainly bush vines situated on the Paardebosch farm itself.
Our Paardebosch range aims to capture the uniqueness of a specific property as all the grapes are sourced from the farm. With the David range, our focus is the whole of the Swartland and parcels of grapes from different plots are used.
