Small-holding of 2ha outside Durbanville. The vineyard is 0.6ha consisting of Shiraz, Mourvedre, Viognier and Temranillo. We make a Rhone style blend called Kronendal Mirari. Everything is done manually i.e. handpicked and sorted; wild fermentation; manual 4 hourly punch downs; basket press. The wine spends 24 months in a combination of old and new french 225l barrels and a further year in the bottle before release.
