Charles Fox Cap Classique Wine Estate is a family owned and family run estate situated in Elgin. We provide a unique experience in Method Cap Classique, whereby we have the opportunity here, to follow every process of the making of the perfect bubble on one wine estate.
From the growing of traditional cultivars (Chardonnay,Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier) in our cool climate and a respectful approach to terroir. To our holistic approach in our winemaking, all done in the pursuit of perfection.
Tucked away, 12km off the N2 this boutique winery will take your breath away with beautiful bubbles and stunning views of the Elgin valley.
