Harvesting at night ensures the grapes reach the cellar at the coolest temperature possible.
The total winemaking process is slowed down to ensure minimum wine-stress, capturing the outstanding natural nose and palate qualities.
Wolvendrift will stick to its policy of high quality wines not only for the South African market, but the international market as well.
