Lievland Wine Estate is a family-run wine estate which dates back to 1715. The cellar was built in 1823 and the Cape Dutch house in 1828, both of which are still utilised on the estate today. It’s an estate that offers the perfect space for any occasion ranging from weddings to picnics and wine tastings. You could spot sheep and cattle grazing on the field beside the dam. The estate boasts an underground maturation cellar with a capacity of 300 tonnes and a private vinoteque with capacity for 9 000 bottles. Pop into the contemporary wine tasting room which can accommodate up to 100 standing. Relax on the patio and keep warm beside the large fireplace.
