Overview
Stark-Condé Wines is a family-owned winery specialising in hand-crafted premium wines. Located in the Jonkershoek Valley in the Stellenbosch region, the estate has some of the highest elevation vineyards in the country (ranging from 200 m to 600 m above sea level) and prides itself on low-yielding vineyards and consistent quality. The dramatic variations in the elevations make for a range of sites with distinct characteristics. Soils are mostly decomposed granite. The estate has a very intimate tasting room that is situated in the middle of a lake and surrounded by majestic mountains.
The restaurant on the estate “Postcard Café” is open Wednesday to Sunday 9h30 to 16h00.
Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Reservations are recommended.
