It combines 55% tank-fermented Sauvignon Blanc with 45% barrel-fermented Semillon before being blended and returned to barrels to further integrate. The result is a rich and creamy wine with flavours of honeycomb, butterscotch, marmalade and almond.

Then there is Calligraphy, Nitida's Bordeaux-style red blend. Made predominantly from Merlot, with Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Malbec and Petit Verdot, it is a beautifully layered wine designed to develop complexity through careful barrel maturation.
